It is with immense sorrow that the management and staff of Palmetto Funeral Service announce passing of Ms. Barbara Carter 71, of Winnsboro, South Carolina.
Ms. Carter's earthly life journey ended Tuesday, November 29th, 2022.
Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara will be held Monday, December 5, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Weeping Mary Baptist Church, 7109 US Highway 321 N, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
A public viewing will be held Sunday, December 4th, 2022, 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
