Charles M. Ruff was born on January 6, 1987, to Sylvan Ruff & Keyon Ruff both natives of South Carolina. Charles B.K.A. “fella” or “C4” studied at South Carolina schools where he received his GED. He was currently enrolled in online college courses for a degree in business.
Charles was an active father, uncle, brother and son. He was loving, dotting, family orientated and protective of the people he loved.  Charles was the life of the family, always had a smile on his face. If you
were down, he knew just what to do to help uplift you and your spirits. He was a jokester never was a dull moment when he was around. He spent most of his days catering to the needs of his kids, nieces and
nephews. He was their personal chauffeur he would come every morning to pick his nieces and nephews up for school and was their every afternoon to take them back home. If he could help you, he would
help you even if there wasn’t a way, he made a way.
Charles leaves to cherish his memories: His mother (Sylvan) father (Donald) Sisters (Tasha, Toya, Shawnda) brothers (Lorenzo, Tyrone, Booce, and Josh) Stepdaughter (Deeneisha) Stepson (Sterlin) nieces
