It is with profound sorrow that the management and staff of Palmetto Funeral Service announce the passing of Mr. Elmore Owens, 73, of Winnsboro.

Mr. Owens transitioned peacefully, Tuesday, September 13, 2022. 

funeral services will be held one o'clock, Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Palmetto Funeral Service of The Midlands, LLC 198 Hwy 321 Bypass N Winnsboro, SC. Interment will follow in the Morris Creek Baptist church Cemetery. 1401 Morris Creek Rd, Winnsboro, SC 29180

A public viewing will be held Friday, September 16, 2022, 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 pm.
