Ms. Elnora Mobley Collins, 87, departed this life on Sunday, October 17 th , 2021 at Tanglewood Health Care Center in Ridgeway, South Carolina. Ms. Elnora Mobley Collins was born September 20 th , 1934 to George and Bessie Mae Watkins. She was a lifelong resident of Fairfield County. Survivors include one daughter; Katie Collins, brothers; Eddie James Mobley of Connecticut; Billy Mobley of Winnsboro, SC; one sister; Nancy B. Mobley-DeWendt of New York, granddaughter; Jessica Robinson great granddaughter; Zariyah Neaveh Mims both of Winnsboro, SC; nephews; George(Chew) Mobley, Eddie Small, Billy K. Mobley Sr, George Woodard, Keith Woodard, John Woodard, James Woodard, all, of Winnsboro SC, Walter Williams, Derrick DeWendt both of New York, nieces; Cassandra Small, Lelia Woodard, Margie Young, Sara Woodard, Daisy McGraw, Linda Gaither all of Winnsboro SC. Ms. Elnora Mobley Collins was preceded in death by her parents George and Bessie Mae Watkins, her daughter Elise Mobley, sisters Willie B. Mobley, Alice Woodard, and Mamie Johnson, nieces Lois Mobley McKenzie, Samantha Small and Debbie Woodard and a great nephew Christopher Amos Mobley who was raised in the home.
