Isabelle Perry Peay was born in Winnsboro, South Carolina on November 24, 1948, to the late Harry Perry Sr. and Elizabeth McKinstry. She departed this earthly life on December 23, 2021, at Prisma Health
Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. She worked 25 plus years at the Fairfield Motel in the housekeeping department. She also worked at the Board of disability and Babcock Center for 10 plus years. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend to many. Isabelle was a longtime member of Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church where she sang on the choir.
Isabelle was preceded by in death by her late son Steven Perry; two sisters, Doretha Perry Young, Ola Mae Perry; three brothers, Harry (JR) Perry, Leroy Perry, and Willie Perry and a nephew that she loved like a son Joseph Young.
Isabelle leaves behind to cherish her memories, her son Christopher (Monica) Perry of Blair; her grandson Christopher Steven Perry of Blair, her nieces Elizabeth Ann (Gregory) Harts of Gilbert, SC; Harriet (Gregory) Woodard of Winnsboro, SC; four great nieces Deloise Woodard, Monique Woodard, Kimberly Young, and Britany Harts; extended family Brenda Roseborough and Takhia Furman and many other friends and family, all of whom will miss her dearly.
