Mr. James Erwin Cammon, or "Earl" as he was affectionately called, was born on March 20, 1983, in Winnsboro, S.C. to James and Sandra Cammon. He made his transition late Thursday evening on January 6.
"Earl" attended Fairfield County Schools and graduated from Fairfield Central High School in 2002. He also attended Allen University on a football scholarship. "Earl was baptize at an early age at Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church. "Earl had worked as a plumber and a rodbuster for several companies before he got his CDL license. He drove for several trucking companies, before landing a job with Jaylen's Transport LLC. He was a mason at Purity Lodge in Ridgeway.
Family was extremely important to him. He loved spending time with his fiancé, children, close friends and cousins. Earl enjoyed fishing with his mom and brothers and racing his race car. He always called his dad for fatherly advice. "Earl" was an die hard San Francisco 49ers and Clemson Tigers fan.
"Earl" was preceded in death by his grandparents Jim and Rosa Lee Cammon and John and Louise Belton.
Left behind to cherish his memories his fiancé Kayla Hartpence of (Ridgeway, South Carolina.) two sons Jaden and James Jr., one daughter Skylar all of the home, his parents James and Sandra Cammon (Winnsboro, South Carolina) two brothers Derek Sr., and Devin Cammon of Winnsboro, South Carolina. One very special nephew, whom he adored, Derek Jr. Lastly, to cherish his fond memories a host of aunts, uncles, close cousins and friends, who will truly miss him.
