Joanne Foster Prioleau, 79, of Winnsboro, died peacefully, Tuesday, August 9, 2022, with her beloved husband, Emanuel, by her side.

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Prioleau, will be held 3 o'clock, Sunday, August 21st, in the chapel of Palmetto Funeral Service. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
